Synergy Learning Academy, Issaquah is hiring a lead toddler teacher to join our team. We are looking for a long-term teacher who is highly motivated, nurturing and energetic to care for our children. Our goal is to help children develop strong social-emotional, physical and cognitive skills in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. We are seeking experienced toddler teachers (13-30 months) for immediate hire. Compensation rate is based on relevant professional experience and educational background

Ideal candidates will have :

Minimum 1 year teaching experience in an infant and/or toddler classroom;
Early Childhood Education (CDA, AA Degree or BA) will be a strong plus;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong customer-service mindset;
And of course have an innate passion for working with children!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 to $30.00 /hour

Summer Camp Teacher

We are looking for lead teachers and assistant teachers for our summer school camps. Instructors and assistants provide a safe setting to allow children to grow and develop with a focus on enriching experiences and education.

The duration of the summer school is July 1st – August 30.
Part-time and full-time options are available.

Positive, Energetic & Passionate, Adaptable, Collaborative, Efficient.
Experience with preschool age children is required. Great communication skills and interest to work with children and have fun is a must.

Instructor Responsibilities:
Summer Camp Instructors and Assistants report into the Summer Camp Program Director and take part in the instruction, activities and classroom management.
The instructor and assistants are responsible for maintaining a fun, safe and educational environment for children.

Program activities include, and are not limited to, Math and English subject assistance, crafts, games and topic based sessions including drama/theatre, world, and animal knowledge.

Job Type: Temporary
Hours: 20-40 hours per week

Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
